UCLA + MLK Community Medical Group Clinician Educator Faculty Position, Compton

The MLK Community Medical Group (MLK CMG) is a non-profit, multi-specialty medical group with three clinics. The MLK CMG delivery model allows for ample physician patient time with a team of support staff to help with care coordination and socio-economic barriers.
The Primary Care Physician / Internist or Internist-Pediatrician will work as a clinician educator in the Compton clinic, and be fully employed through UCLA Health. This position requires up to four half days per week regularly teaching as the attending physician preceptor for Internal Medicine resident physicians providing ambulatory care. Remainder of the patient care services time is devoted to the physician’s own panel of patients or providing Post Discharge Clinic services.
In being dually appointed as a faculty member within the UCLA Dept of Medicine, this position would provide opportunities for engaging in trainee mentorship, didactic teaching, faculty development, and research as desired.

The University of California, Los Angeles is required to provide an estimate of the salary range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Salary offers are determined based on candidate qualifications and experience. The full salary range for this position is 250,000.00-270,000.00
